Nudge Notifications

To keep you engaged with your team,  Nudge will send you notifications about important things that need your attention, even when you’re on the go.

You should expect to see notifications from Nudge when there is new incoming information from your team. If you’re away from your mobile phone, we’ll send you a push notification about your team's new activity. By default, you’ll receive email notifications during the signup process as we confirm your account. Be sure you have access to the email address associated with your Nudge account.

Push notifications

Push notification will alert you to incoming Nudges and your chance to earn points. Make sure to stay on top of company information and ahead of your coworkers on the leaderboard by reading and responding to Nudges as they come in. You’ll win points by answering your push notifications from Nudge, so make sure to turn them on!

Note: Earning points

When your phone is locked or the app is closed, we’ll notify you about any incoming Nudges. In order to receive Nudges and points, make sure your push notifications are turned on. This way you stay on top of company information and ahead of your coworkers on the leaderboard!

Set up push notifications

When you log into the Nudge iOS app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enable push notifications. If you forgot to accept push notifications, it is easy to turn them on for the Nudge app from your phone’s settings. To do so, follow the steps below:

Go to the Settings page on your phone’s home screen

Tap on Notifications

Tap on the Nudge Rewards app

Slide the Allow Notifications slider so that it turns green
Now you can stay up-to-date and engaged with your team on Nudge!

Email notifications

In addition to sending you push notifications for activity that occurs in the app, Nudge will also send email notifications during the signup process as we confirm your account. Be sure you have access to the email address associated with your Nudge account in order to receive these important emails.


Troubleshooting

Missing emails?

You should receive emails from Nudge periodically after you create your account. If you’re not getting the emails, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder, and any tabs in your inbox.
  • Check for typos in the email address. If you think the address is incorrect, you can check it by following the steps below.

If you haven’t received your emails and want to check that you entered the correct email, try creating an account again with the same email. If you signed up with the right email it will not let you create a new account.

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten the password you chose when you joined your team on Nudge, you can reset it easily from the Sign In page at any time.

Open the app from your mobile phone and click Forgot your password?

On the Reset Password page, enter the email address that you used when you joined your team on Nudge

Confirm that the email address is correct, then click Reset Password

Check your email inbox for an email to reset your password from Nudge

Note:

You must have access to the email address associated with your Nudge account to reset your password.
